DJ BiographyAmber D’Amour Amber D’Amour is creator and director of D’Amour Recordings. www.damourrecordings.com Playing week in week out all over the UK and abroad, Amber has been a firm fixture in the dance industry for the last 8 years, under her other guise, Amber D in the hard dance scene. Amber brings her individual style of Electrik House Music to the people! Amber likes to keep things fresh and plays a range of styles ranging from Old Skool, Electro House to Bassline and Crunk / Fidget House. Amber is currently sponsored by universal brand, Lacoste, for their new fragrance, “Dream of Pink” With a string of big releases under her belt and 10 compilations to her name, we can expect a lot from her in the house scene. Her love of house and electro stems back for years, with her love of all things Todd Terry and now into present day with influences now from influences are Angello and Ingrosso, Mark Knight, Dave Spoon, Switch, Twockers, Crookers, The Trophy Twins, Micky Slim, and Funkagenda. You can catch Amber D’Amour in Ibzia all through the summer at various events, which in the past have included Kanya, and Judgement Sunday’s infamous white room @ Eden. With as big a personality as the tunes she plays, this girl has the whole package. Coming from a very musical background, as a classically trained pianist and completing a BTEC National Diploma in Music Technology, creating music has always been a massive part of Amber’s life. Label Biog The label focuses on big basslines, quirky features and just something a bit different and special. With her classical background and music technology diploma, Amber brings something a little bit different to the table with every release. The Label is now on to its 3rd release, with remixes from the likes of Kelevra (UMM Records) , Adam Sharpe (PopPop Records) and tracks from Rory McCart and engineered by the likes of Paul Maddox (Spektre) and Ingo Staar.
